Return Policy- Web Orders

American Producers Supply’s goal is to handle all returns in a fair and flexible manner.  Please contact a customer service representative to get a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.  American Producers Supply requires proof of purchase on all returned merchandise.  We also reserve the right to apply restocking or handling charges.  Special order and custom made products may not be returned or cancelled prior to getting approval from the supplier.  Return requests must be approved, processed and returned within 60 days of the original invoice date.
